How to Use Guide: Aromatherapy Shower Steamers. What is an aromatherapy shower steamer?  Also known as a shower bomb or shower fizzie, aromatherapy shower steamers are fizzie tabs infused with menthol crystals and essential oils that you can use during your shower to enhance the experience, make it more refreshing, provide sinus relief (eucalyptus peppermint blend), or help to calm you (lavender blend).To use a shower steamer, the optimal location is on your shower floor.  Let's say you are facing AWAY from your shower head, looking at the opposite wall.  Place the shower steamer on the floor slightly in front of your feet.  It should be right where the water flow is landing.
